Regular Weekly Events:

Mondays: 5.30pm till 6.30pm Dancersise and Games for kids 5till 12 years of age

  7pm till 8 pm Tone and Groan a very social exercise group for people wanting gentle exercise.

  8pm till 10 pm Skittles league matches (in season )

Tuesday : Mornings Every other week Probus a retired business mans group

  7.30pm till 10pm Modern Sequence Dance Classes

  Evenings Training for Senior Rugby 6.30 onwards.

Wednesday : 9.30am till 12.30pm U3a Art Group

  5.30pm till 7pm Junior Rugby Training for up to under 12’s

  6 pm till 7.30 pm Under 13’s Rugby Training

  First Wednesday night of each month Pink Scrappers 6.30pm till 10pm

  Family Disco every fortnight if well supported - next one is Wednesday 24th February from 7.00pm til 9.00pm

Thursdays: Mum's & Babie's Exercise group every Thursday between 11.00am-12.00pm

  6.30pm till 8 pm training for Youth and Senior Rugby

Fridays: No regular events

Saturday: In Season from 2.30pm Rugby for Senior and Youth Teams

  Second Saturday night of every month Modern Sequence Dance 7pm till 10.30

Sundays: 10.30 am training for up to age 8 Rugby

  am Rugby games for all ages as per fixture list

In order for the club to operate efficiently on all levels we need support from our members to fill various vacancies. The current vacancies are:

Casual Bar Staff – to be on a call list for match days and functions. If you are interested please give your details to Chris behind the bar or to one of the committee.

Match Day Duty– help is required at all seniors & youth home and away matches and there is a match duty rota on the board. Any one available and willing to help could they please inform Brian Wilson on which matches they are available to help with.
